Where Is My Urnieta Order?
The dispatch estimate on the product page is the timeframe your order follows. When your parcel's on its way you'll get a tracking number by email, and you can track your order with your order number and email.

Check the dispatch estimate on the product page
Each Urnieta product page shows the current dispatch estimate for that item. That's the time until your order leaves the Urnieta warehouse, not a Sydney pick time.

Watch for the shipping confirmation
You'll get an email with the tracking number for your parcel the moment your order is dispatched.

Track your order
Track your order with your order number and email. You'll see every item on your order and where each parcel is up to, for Australian and international deliveries.
If it does not work
If the estimate has passed and you've had no tracking email, start a support ticket with your order number and we'll check the build status of your order.
