SELECT YOUR VARIANT
Confirm whether your Jimny is the 3-Door or 5-Door body style and ensure you have the correct kit before starting.
REMOVE OLD EXHAUST
Allow the vehicle to cool fully, then safely raise and support the Jimny. Remove the existing exhaust system, noting the mounting hanger locations.
FIT NEW KIT
Align the Urnieta exhaust kit to the factory mounting points, work from front to rear, and torque all fasteners to the manufacturer's specification.
CHECK FOR LEAKS
Start the engine and inspect all joints and connections for exhaust leaks before returning the vehicle to normal use.
