Big light output, small package.
The S1 was designed from the ground up to outperform lights far larger than itself. A highly specialised reflector and LED combination work together to push more usable light onto the road or worksite than you would ever expect from a 2.1-inch pod.
What sets the S1 Flush Mount apart from conventional pods is the installation method. A single 2.5-inch hole saw is all that is needed to create a clean, flush opening, giving your build a factory-finished look without complicated brackets or backing plates.
Available in Spot, Wide Cornering and Work/Scene patterns, the S1 adapts to whatever task you throw at it, whether that is carving up a dark two-track or flooding a campsite with comfortable, fatigue-reducing daylight-balanced light.
Built to Baja Designs standards.
COPPERDRVE EFFICIENCY
CopperDrive technology runs every LED at 100 percent output, extracting maximum brightness and consistency from each diode without compromise.
5000K DAYLIGHT OUTPUT
The 5000K colour temperature closely matches natural daylight, reducing driver fatigue on long night runs and rendering the trail in true, accurate colour.
MOISTUREBLOCK SEALING
Fully waterproof, rain-proof and submersible construction keeps moisture out of the optics and electronics in the harshest conditions.
Installation overview.
CHOOSE YOUR LOCATION
Select a flat or gently curved panel location that provides sufficient clearance behind the surface for the S1 body and wiring.
CUT THE HOLE
Use a 2.5-inch hole saw to cut a single clean aperture at your marked location. Deburr and clean up any sharp edges.
FIT THE S1
Insert the S1 pod into the hole and secure it according to the included hardware. The flush design sits neatly within the panel surface.
WIRE AND TEST
Connect the harness to a suitable power source, verify polarity and test the light before finalising any cable routing or trim reinstatement.
